working principle
The working principle of the disc separator is based on the centrifugal field force generated by the high-speed rotation of the equipment. Depending on the specific gravity of the material, different centrifugal forces are applied to the centrifugal field force. Heavy solids are deposited on the drum wall, and the solids and a small amount of liquid are discharged from the machine through PLC control. The light liquid phase flows along the outer conical surface of the disc towards the axis, passes through the light liquid centripetal pump to the upper part, and is discharged from the light liquid outlet outside the machine. Thus achieving the separation of solid and light liquid components.

- Dairy separator: used for milk defatting or milk clarification (removing solid impurities). The small separator is driven by hand and manually discharged, suitable for use by farmers and herdsmen in pastoral areas; Large separators are used in industrial production, electrically driven, and the slag discharge method is manual slag discharge or ring valve slag discharge.
- Mineral oil separator: used for removing moisture and mechanical impurities from mineral oils such as fuel oil, diesel, lubricating oil, and transformer oil, and can also separate emulsions.
- Plant oil separator: used for processing and refining plant oil.
