working principle

The working principle of the disc separator is based on the centrifugal field force generated by the high-speed rotation of the equipment. Depending on the specific gravity of the material, different centrifugal forces are applied to the centrifugal field force. Heavy solids are deposited on the drum wall, and the solids and a small amount of liquid are discharged from the machine through PLC control. The light liquid phase flows along the outer conical surface of the disc towards the axis, passes through the light liquid centripetal pump to the upper part, and is discharged from the light liquid outlet outside the machine. Thus achieving the separation of solid and light liquid components.

  4. The power transmission adopts a hydraulic coupling and a pair of spiral speed increasing gears, using liquid to transmit power, which not only ensures smooth speed increase but also provides overload protection.
  5. Equipped with an automatic control cabinet. It is composed of industrial computers and machine overload automatic protectors, with a high degree of automation, strong adaptability to process adjustment, convenient adjustment, and can greatly reduce the operational intensity of workers.
