The SAIFERM-BIO-CIP in-situ cleaning system (CIP system) is a professional cleaning equipment designed for the preparation process of biological products, and is a customer based cleaning process. It is an automated cleaning system that integrates tank, pipeline, valve, and instrument control. Customization and modular design can be made based on the actual process situation of the customer. We can provide fixed or mobile CIP systems for single, double, or multiple tanks. You can choose whether to equip with cleaning agent heating function.
Working Principle
This system uses a stainless steel pump to pump cleaning solution into the cleaning object (tank or pipe) through a spray ball (head), and uses the pressurized cleaning solution to perform pressure cleaning on the cleaning object. The stainless steel self-priming pump is used to pump back the cleaned cleaning solution, and the supply and discharge balance of the cleaning solution is controlled automatically to achieve a continuous circulation cleaning effect.
Automatic Control System
SAIFERM-BIO-CIP cleaning system automatic control program integrated modular design, using Siemens PLC as the main controller, can be customized according to customer needs; After process design, the system can automatically achieve the following functions through programming:
- Fully automated control, selecting formula management for formula determination (when cleaning multiple tanks, only the target tank needs to be selected, and the parameters are automatically matched), and then automatically executed after selection.
- The sterilization of water storage tanks and pipelines is automatically controlled with one click operation, and the temperature and sterilization time can be set to meet various needs.
- Login with three-level permission control, the entire cleaning process data will be displayed in real-time and recorded, saved, and traced after login, and can be connected to an external printer.
- The system has a system operation fault alarm.
