The SAIFERM-BIO-EMU emulsification system is a specialized equipment designed for the emulsification process of animal biological products. Equipped with a special high shear dispersion tank emulsifier and a three-stage pipeline emulsifier (optional brands such as IKA, FLUKO, etc.) for emulsification, and equipped with boiling oil tank, water phase tank, emulsification tank, and mixing tank according to the sequence of vaccine emulsification process. To meet the requirements for sterility, temperature, speed, and time in the emulsification process of veterinary vaccines, the valve pipeline connection and Sedzirui emulsification control system are used to achieve the emulsification effect and stability required by the emulsification process.
This system can meet the process requirements of white oil adjuvant emulsification, 201 adjuvant emulsification, and water adjuvant emulsification, and the equipment volume size is set according to the process requirements.
working principle
This system utilizes stainless steel pressure vessels, tank bodies, and pipeline valves to form an integrated closed system, which can control the sterility, temperature, and pressure of antigens and adjuvants in the system. Under the action of mechanical force (emulsifier or other stirring), the antigen liquid or particles (droplets) are dispersed and suspended in an immiscible oil adjuvant liquid (continuous or external phase) with the help of emulsifiers in a certain proportion to form a relatively stable dispersion system. After completion, it is sent to the filling system.
