The SAIFERM wave bioreactor is specially developed for cell culture enterprises, and is used in conjunction with disposable cell culture bags or sheet-like carrier bags to achieve efficient gas-liquid and substance exchange in a closed system by simulating wave oscillation.
The SAIFERM wave bioreactor, in conjunction with a self-developed software system, can monitor real-time parameters such as pH, DO, and weight during the cultivation process through a control platform. It can also set parameters such as swing speed, swing angle, temperature, pH, DO, ventilation rate, and gas component concentration during the cultivation process to meet the requirements of production enterprises for real-time monitoring, flexible adjustment, and optimization of process parameters.


The SAIFERM wave bioreactor also has a unique cascade design that can correlate parameters during the reaction process, such as weight and peristaltic pump operation, pH and carbon dioxide concentration changes. Through concise and intuitive logic, automated operations are achieved, reducing manual intervention, minimizing human errors, and ultimately reducing labor costs in the long run.
