Tubular centrifuge
High-Quality Producer of Fermentation Biology Overal Solution!

Tubular centrifuge is used to achieve solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid solid separation by subjecting materials of different densities to different forces based on centrifugal force. It is usually suitable for clarifying suspensions with solid content less than 1%, solid particles less than 5pm, and very small density differences between solids and liquids; Tube centrifuge is also suitable for separating emulsions with low density difference and high dispersibility between light and heavy liquids. The rotational speed of a tube centrifuge can reach up to 10000-30000 RPM, and the separation factor can reach up to 10000-30000, making it widely used in various industries.

It is mainly used in oil and fat, oil-water, chemical industry, blood, Chinese medicine, vaccine fermentation liquid, bacterial microorganism, algae, juice purification and pulp fiber separation, separation of soybean, peanut, wheat and other plants and animals, and material separation of amino acid, lignin, graphene, ink, dyes, pigments, additives, dairy and other industries.

Working principle

Tubular centrifuge belongs to high-speed precision separation equipment among many separation devices. Its principle is that the drum inside the tube centrifuge rotates at high speed to generate a centrifugal force field. According to the different densities of materials, under the action of centrifugal force, liquids with different densities are separated from solids and liquids. The tubular separator is fed from the bottom and discharged from the top. Solid substances remain in the equipment drum and need to be manually removed after shutdown.
