Fermenter are widely used in industries such as beverages, chemicals, food, dairy products, seasoning, brewing, pharmaceuticals, etc., playing a role in fermentation. The components of a fermenter are: the tank body is mainly used for the cultivation and fermentation of various bacteria, it is highly sealed (to prevent bacterial contamination), and there is a stirring slurry in the tank for continuous stirring during the fermentation process. There is a ventilation device at the bottom. The spray is used to allow air or oxygen needed for bacterial growth to pass through. There is a control sensor on the top plate of the storage tank. The most commonly used electrodes are pH and DO electrodes, which can monitor changes in the pH and DO of the fermentation broth during the fermentation process. This controller is used to display and control fermentation conditions. According to the fermentation tank equipment, it can be divided into mechanical stirring/ventilation fermenters and non mechanical stirring/ventilation fermenters, and can be divided into aerobic fermenters and anaerobic fermenters according to the growth and metabolism of microorganisms.
