Stainless steel bioreactor
SAIFERM stainless steel bioreactors are usually made of 306 or 316L materials, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, good stirring, and easy cleaning. They are suitable for various biological processes, such as vaccine production, food production, cell culture, microbial fermentation, etc. It can be produced on a large scale with a capacity of 5L~5KL.
Single-use Bioreactor
SAIFERM single-use bioreactor is mainly composed of equipment and disposable biological culture bags. It is a commonly used device for microbial fermentation production, which is ready to use, non reusable, and discarded after one use. It has the advantages of reducing cross contamination, minimizing cleaning and disinfection steps, and improving the controllability and repeatability of biological reaction processes.
